- Control and eradicate all cockroaches and sugar ants in all Offices, Washrooms, Kitchenettes, Restaurants, Refuse Chute, Common Areas, Basements and Garbage Collection Room.
- To eradicate rodents in the building by baiting in all Store, Restaurants, Kitchenettes, Washrooms, Basements, Refuse Chute, Garbage Collection Room, and its Environs.
- The work shall be carried out on a quarterly basis and Job Card signed by all the respective tenants to certify that the work was carried out.
- The effectiveness of the fumigation exercise will be assessed two weeks after the exercise is carried out. If the pests are evident before the next due date for the fumigation exercise, we will be expected to repeat the exercise at no additional cost.
- Two weeks before the due date, a works schedule shall be prepared in liaison with the caretaker and circulated to all tenants giving notice of the intended date of application. 12 The contractor shall indicate to the landlord the names and specifications of chemicals used at all times as assurance of safety of the occupants of the building. This information shall be kept confidential by the landlord
